“Five stars for this place! The lady at the front desk is absolutely amazing. Great environment, great people. I visited someone and everyone was so helpful. Although, as I was leaving to go on the elevator, I encountered this incredibly rude lady. There was a girl working that had food trays and I was in the elevator, so it was pretty packed which, is normal. Sandy, looks like maybe a janitor? She had garbage over a big moveable cart. Spoke to me like I was no good and told me “well you going to move? Or what?” And started talking about me to her “co-worker, And I straight up said “If you would’ve been nicer about it, I can.” So incredibly unprofessional, and uncomfortable for me. I do not think people like her deserve to have this job if they cannot have any human decency. The front desk lady made it right by talking and finding her supervisor.”
