  “Most of the Nurses were pleasant and helpful. The Japanese charge nurse during day shift is outstanding in every way. WILL, I will shout him out, because he was the kindest and most respectful person who runs the kitchen. It is not easy to cater to a Vegan and we worked together on what he could do. He was caring, compassionate, and went over and Beyond his job requirements I am sure of that!! Thank you to my Nurses who cared and the CNA's when there was one. My PT woman was nice too. I understand freedom of speech and also been reminded of boundaries. So, I choose to say or compliment the nice team members. I will close by recognizing all who took good care of me . Thank You very much. I had many problems like call light takes 2 to 3 hours to c h eck ok you. I know they intentionally gave them the wrong address to get me home.the Social worker was rude and casually made a threat to me about my first post. I would love to talk to CEO. I got hurt there on my bad knee and they did no incident report or cared. Do not go here.i can go on but limit on words for post. I am reporting them. I will report them and go to yelp and media. Anyone and everyone will know. I would never treat another human being like I was treated. Telling me I had to leave or my SS checks would be taken away from me to pay for my stay. They did nothing for me but lie and disrespect.”

  “My mother was sent here because no where else had any available beds, we were very skeptical about this place because of the reviews. But it's was not as bad as the reviews, yes this wasn't the best but it's also wasn't the worst. The nurses we very nice, caring and helpful. My mom had to stay at sandstone nursing facilities and that place was a nightmare. Premier was much better with much better and attentive nurses. Our only real complaint is the food served here other than that I would of given 5 stars”
