  “Within the two weeks the lady beside me died. She actually chocked on her food. The facility will get away with it though. I never seen anyone visit her but she was really nice. I hate that she went the way that she did. I seen her call light on. She chocked on her food. No one answered her light. She wanted someone to help her. Funny though, they didn't have no back boards, no choke bag, or nothing to clear her throat which are required to have by the facility to have. This facility also has doctor's that are just here for a paycheck. They don't listen to you. That's what a lady is sitting here telling me right now but I already know. She tried to get a doctor's attention the other day and he told her that she wasn't on the list. If u love your family don't send them here. It is almost impossible to get a shower a week. What is so sad is i do everything myself. I know the code to get in the shower I am not allowed to do that though. They would rather me stay dirty than clean. Don't recommend this place to anyone. People are trying to get in but dying to get iut”

  “This facility is ran better than the other one that I was at but the doctor here sucks. In and out of your room maybe 2 minutes tops. I like for my stuff to be organized but I went into the hospital 24 days so they threw my stuff in bags and changed my room. The room change isn't too bad because my roommate is really sweet but it is 3 am and she is usually snoring but she is talking.what really sucks is that I can't get anyone in here to help me organized imy stuff. What is even worse than that is when I was in the hospital I got a bed bath. Just one. I have been out of hospital since Saturday here it is Thursday Christmas day I am supposed to shower today but everyone has an excuse. I am laying here and I am dirty begging for a shower Even told a manager. If you love your family please don't put them in a facility. Just because it looks nice no one but whom stays here knows what goes on. Not only that I have been here since August and they take my whole check. We are supposed to get $60 out of it and in November I finally got $50 . That $50 was sent from another facility. I went and got $30 for the three months that I have been here.. the pay rate went up to $60 back in November.I went and talked to Andy about getting my money for the months that I wasn't paid and for only getting $30. The problem still wasn't fixed. All anybody cares about are themselves.They would not let me collect for the months that I missed. This month I went and got $30 yesterday and I only have $11.00 left. Why that is idk because we r supposed to get $60I had a good friend they kicked out for worrying a lady laying in the floor for over 30 min. Not only that not getting my mail . Please if you love family or friends don't put them here. Dhec was here a few weeks ago and they were asking residents to cover up for them. The other facility is owned by the same company. Both facilities have good things plus bad things about them. The other facility which is magnolia manor. We had a better Christmas there. Oh Andy is the administrator.”
