  “Please if you love your loved ones do not send them here. This place has been a nightmare from day one. Our mother was brought here for short term care and physical therapy but because they are “understaffed” they have resulted in bed activities and barely that. The staff always complains that they are overwhelmed and understaffed and they show it through the lack of care and empathy. Our mom is miserable, and to deal the deal we had an interaction with a staff member that was beyond unprofessional. No empathy, no resolution, no professionalism. Just excuses. When I asked would she want someone treating her mom like this, the staff member even went as far as to say” my mother would never have to worry about this she is at home with me and my father is dead so” …..who the hell responds like that?! Yeah don’t do it!”

  “If you have someone you care about PLEASE DO NOT SEND THEM HERE !! My grandmother was sent here and has suffered more than a little bit while being under these "professinals" care. On 03/07/26, she was heavily medicated and left unattended in her room with the rails down on the bed. In results of the poor supervision and care, my grandmother fell out of her bed, broke her leg and was rushed to the hospital. Lets not forget, this isn't her first, second, or third visit to the hospital while being there. Thanks to these people who my family trust with our loved ones life, my grandmother will never walk again!!!”
