  “My aunt Alice was here and I am apolled with how they run their facilitie! My aunt was not in the right frame of mind and they allowed her to switch her health care proxy from her sister to a distant friend! Unbelievable and when she passed away as it said "peacefully in her sleep" NO ONE called us (her family) to let us know she had passed away even though they had created a Facebook account for her to get in touch with us so they did know she had family who loved her :( but the cherry on the cake was my aunt wanted to be buried and her "friend" had her cremated so none of her family knows what really happened to her! How does a healthy 60 year old woman become so sick in her stomach she had to have a tube in her stomach for food and meds and she couldnt even leave this place even though she stressed to us she wanted to be with us. And we were living in boston id like to know why she was so far away in such a poor area rated the worst living place on YouTube #1 worst living place, no one gave us any information on her and i wouldn't send my worst enemy here. The nurses very unhelpful they kept giving her hope she would get this tube out but I don't think it could be undone once placed inside you. This place and their workers are horrible and belong in hell. God help anyone that sends their loved one here PLEASE DONT IF YOU LOVE SOMEONE DONT SEND THEM HERE! Sneaky people saying she died peacefully in her sleep but no autopsy nothing then she was cremated unreal”

  “I had a great experience so far, place in clean, the residents are attended to and the Cna’s are great. So far no complaints..”
