“Beware I was there for 30 days. During that time their were only a few nurses that were professional. One nurse took 3 hrs to change my diaper. Always rude and snooty. I had issues with quite a few more. One of the nurses that distributed the drugs tried to make a drug deal with me. Food was poor. Most of my clothes went missing. They said write your name and room no. on it. It didn't matter. They switched my insurance provider. The nurses were always on their phones with friends. Patients came second. One man died calling for help for 10 mins. He was across from me. I would not send my love one there. When you visit your loved one they are nice when you leave they are not. Have videos and photos I've given to my lawyer. Be aware.”

“I am a hospice social worker, and this facility was amazing in assisting with transferring my patient. They were so kind and patient in handling coordination with the facility the patient was moving from, despite all the challenges that arose. I am so grateful for their help in taking care of our patient!”
