“Mine and my mother's experience here was substander to say the least. While the PT department was excellent and there was two very engaging CNAs, we found the rest of the cnas and nurses to be callous and rude and not wanting to do simple tasks that were their job. I do not understand how this facility has five stars. I'm sure there are certain people who have had a great experience there. However Our experience was a nightmare. I hope FHN can improve. As of now, I give them one star and if I could give half a star I would.”

“They need more knowledge and continuing education to take care of any patients with dementia. My father was moved 4 times in 6 months in this home. It sure didn’t help his dementia. We never saw the activities director to try to give him activities to help his adjustment or even for distraction. Administration never walked the halls or introduced themselves. Administration kept themselves locked in their offices. DON need to be more hands on and involved.”
