“The worst experience having a loved one come into the care of this facility. Can not get ahold of anyone on the floor in the facility, they do not care to answer questions. Dan was not willing to give any information. The facility is filthy and disorganized. Clothes that did not belong to him were thrown in his room. The care they provide is not up to standard. My grandfather was found with dried blood around his mouth and dialysis changes that no one was notified about. To not let family know about such a large change in condition is just shameful. He was so weak that he was unable to pick up a cup of water. The facility kept him sedated. State will be contacted. You should be disgusted with the way this facility is ran. Coming from someone who has ran a facility.”

“After reading the reviews, we were reluctant to send our relative here, and even appealed to delay the placement when advised that there were no other options. In the eight months since he has been at ARIA, we have been repeatedly pleasantly surprised by the quality of care and dedication and positive attitude of staff. From the therapists (PT/OT/ST) to nurses (like Rachel and Corinna) to scheduler Laura to social worker Dan to housekeeping and other staff, we have found virtually all truly caring and competent. It's true the facility is older and there is some disrepair but we have peace of mind knowing our loved one is in good hands even when his condition sometimes makes him one of their more difficult patients. The sad reality is that there is no ideal nursing home. In the areas that matter most, compassion and competence in day to day care routines, we have been very happy with ARIA and are thankful for their care.”
