“Photo of the wall behind the patient.... just one example of how deplorable this place is. He arrived on a Friday and was not evaluated by a doctor until Monday. He had been transferring to a commode and getting PT while inpatient but at this facility, he is forced to use a bed pan and jug for bathrooming. Cups and straws are scarce! My friend's roommate was told they are short on diapers and that he needed to urinate so heavily into the diaper that it overflow onto his bedding and that they would change it. No chux pads exist here, we were told to just use blankets under the patient to catch bodily fluids. Patients look like zombies and staff are infrequently available. Food is beyond disgusting. Facility is hot !! My friend/the patient had an old standing fan two days and then they removed it. He had to have a fan brought in from home. The room is so small and crowded, they are not ADA compliant. The beds have to be adjusted and moved around a bit at a time to get the patient out of the room in a wheelchair. We have called doctors and SNF ombudsman, asked for facility administrator attention, and have tried to get the patient transferred away from this facility. My friend's health has declined having been here a week, he has possible C-Diff, and the only hope in sight is that he will be transported to an outpatient ortho visit tomorrow. I can't even go on with details, we are beyond discouraged. Avoid this place like the plague !!!”

“The staff here is very disconnected and uncaring. They never answer the phones I have called well over 20 times The last couple of weeks and never have they answered. When I go in to visit you can always see them on their cell phones though. The food here is absolutely disgusting. It always is served cold, missing items and if it can come from a can it does. Nothing is fresh. Patients have no choices in food. You get what you get. For what they bill insurance you would think the standards would be higher. Highly do not recommend.”
